Thanks to our heritage, a lot of what we do at Mo-Lito is rooted in traditional Kenyan family values. Our aspiration is that Mo-Lito will continue to grow with our future generations. Mo-Lito’s philosophy is to empower young Kenyans through dairy farming, so as to transform their lives, and achieve their full potential.

What “just sort of happened” over the years has evolved in ensuring Mo-Lito is always natural by design. Fresh fodder cultivated from the rich organic soils in Redhill, Limuru, and silage made on site provides the bulk of the feed for our herd.

Backward integration at Mo-Lito is in its early phases. We work very closely with our neighbouring dairy farmers in Redhill to improve the quality of our collective herds, which is setting the foundation for the future supply of high quality milk for Mo-lito’s yoghurt as the business grows.

The high level of traceability of all the milk we use is the driving force behind ensuring natural, high quality milk and consequently Mo-Lito's yoghurt. Mo-Lito yoghurt is made free of any preservatives, using a simple yet highly effective production process, perfected through years.
